Mid-Level
Analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across the supply chain
Define and improve planning parameters and underlying processes
Drive and/or represent planning in cross-network projects and Supply Chain initiatives
Act as a go-to person for planning-related parameters and processes
Collaborate closely with Supply Planning (SP) and R&P community, Business Process Owners, Logistics , depending on the projects Business Planning, 3PM etc.
Support optimization of planning strategies and related parameters across the network
Promote a continuous improvement mindset within the planning community
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in planning or related fields
Fluent English and Spanish
Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Economics with SC focus preferred, Engineering)
Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to operate at a higher level
Proven continuous improvement approach, including experience in CI projects and process optimization
Solid project management skills to drive optimization initiatives end-to-end
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
Proactive and agile profile, constantly focused on identifying and driving improvements
