What you will do

• Develop insights into commercial assumptions underpinning client investment cases

• Analyse target companies’ markets, performance, business plan and value creation opportunities

• Interact with investors and management teams to offer advice, shape and drive strategy

• Develop and foster talent within the Private Capital team

What you will bring

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in both CDD and value creation, in consulting, banking or private capital

• Be a self-starters and independent thinker, who works well within a team

• Contribute to the teams’ common aspiration, collective endeavour and shared success

• Be a clear communicator, using straightforward, open, respectful interaction

• Embrace balanced lives for consultants, whereby prioritization and focus are seen as critical

• Business-fluent English
