About the Role

Are you a hands-on worker with an eye for detail? At Gpi, we are looking for a motivated insulation worker to strengthen our team on various industrial insulation projects. In this role, you will be insulating tanks across different sectors. You will work on-site, often as part of a team, where safety and quality are always top priorities. What will you be doing?

As an insulation worker, you are responsible for professionally applying insulation materials and finishing them with various types of cladding, such as trapezoidal sheet, smooth stainless steel, or smooth aluminium. Our tanks are widely used in industries such as food processing and require precise and durable insulation solutions.

You will work on both new projects and maintenance of existing installations. Safety, quality, and efficiency are essential in everything you do.

In addition to technical execution, you actively contribute ideas for practical solutions on-site. You handle materials and tools with care and report any special circumstances, progress, or deviations to the foreman or project manager.

What do you bring?

• Technical insight and a hands-on attitude

• Experience with insulation work

• No fear of heights (work on scaffolding or aerial lifts may occur)

• In possession of a VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one)

• Accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility

• Starting salary between €2,600 – €3,600
