RINA, a multinational leader in certification, engineering, and consulting services, is looking for candidates registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette) to join its Genoa headquarters.

Requirements:

• Registered (or Eligible for registration) under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette)

• Prior experience in structured organizations or consulting firms, supporting technical or operational teams will be considered as a plus.

• Good Level in English both written and spoken

• Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset

• Degree or diploma in:

• Engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Civil, etc.)
• Administrative disciplines (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, etc.)
• Human Resources or related fields

• Experience, even brief, in supporting activities within:

• Technical or operational teams
• Administrative or back-office functions
• HR areas such as recruitment, training, personnel administration, or development
