Including Illustreret Videnskab, Historie, and Bo Bedre. We focus on specialized media, and we solve our customers' challenges, as well as tailor special offers to improve their experience.

Your primary task as a customer service employee will be to handle incoming calls from customers, where you will, among other things, help with delivery, payment, and various solutions. It is important that you listen to our customers. You must be curious about the content of our magazines to be as proactive and accommodating as possible. We reward our loyal customers with tailored offers, which you should feel is completely natural.

While you are not handling incoming calls and various office tasks, there will be time for you to delve into Bonnier's products. A large part of the role is to possess curiosity and enjoy reading the many different magazines. We do not stick to scripts and manuscripts, so you must be creative to help the customer as best as possible.

You have the option to work from home in Spain for part of the working time after the training period.

START: As soon as possible

WORKING HOURS: Monday-Thursday 9-17 and Friday 9-16 (39 hours / week). This is a full-time position but for the right person, we are open to part-time after the training process if it feels relevant.
