What are we looking for?

We are looking for a senior Developer to maintain and evolve applications within the Insud Pharma digital ecosystem, integrating corporate systems, intelligent automation and AI-assisted workflows.

What you will do:

• Maintain and develop end-to-end web application evolutions.

• Integrate corporate systems (SAP, CRMs, data platforms, external APIs).

• Participate in microservices architectures.

• Implement AI-assisted workflows and intelligent automation.

• Define APIs and contracts between systems.

• Ensure quality, testing and observability.

• Take requirements with the business with the help of the Transformation Lead team.

• Document architecture and technical decisions (ADR).

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands systems and dependencies between platforms.

• Thinks about architecture, not just code.

• Is capable of technically leading without the need for formal hierarchy.

• Questions solutions and proposes improvements.

Technical requirements

Backend

• PHP (Laravel) or equivalent frameworks.

• FastAPI and Python or equivalent frameworks.

• REST API design and decoupled architectures.

• Integration with corporate systems.

Frontend

• Modern JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience with Next.js, React, Vue or equivalent frameworks.

• SSR / hybrid rendering and performance optimization.

• Scalable frontend architectures and business-oriented interface development.

• Experience with design systems or component libraries (valued).

Data & Integration

• Advanced SQL.

• Integration with ERPs or enterprise platforms.

• Experience with queues, asynchronous jobs or events.

Dev & Quality

• Git, testing, CI/CD.

• Security and good practices.

Applied AI (valued)

• LLM-assisted automation.

• Intelligent workflow orchestration.

• Use of tools like Cursor, Claude or similar

We will especially value

• Experience in enterprise environments.

• Preferable knowledge in Python (4/5) than in PHP (2/5)

• SAP integrations or other ERPs.

• Event-driven architecture.

• Observability and monitoring.

• DevOps mindset.
