What are we looking for?

We are looking for a senior professional with a consolidated career in the public sector, capable of combining strategic vision, leadership, and business development to drive high-value relationships with Central Administration clients.

The position requires a profile with a strong customer orientation, capable of identifying opportunities, structuring value propositions, and leading their materialization in complex digital transformation projects.

Your mission

Develop and consolidate strategic relationships with key General State Administration agencies, driving digital transformation initiatives through a consultative sales approach, excellence in execution, and sustainable business growth.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

• Lead the relationship with strategic clients, acting as a reference interlocutor at a managerial level.

• Detect needs and opportunities, defining value propositions aligned with client challenges.

• Drive business growth in key accounts, from identifying opportunities to closing and monitoring.

• Lead complex bids in public procurement environments.

• Direct high-impact ICT projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, developing talent and ensuring high performance.

• Manage the results account associated with your area (P&L, margins, forecast, etc.).

• Contribute to the company's positioning strategy in the public sector.

What we value in you

• More than 20 years of experience in Public Administration, preferably in the Central Administration.

• Consolidated experience in managing and developing strategic accounts, with direct responsibility for business growth.

• Track record in consultative sales of ICT services in complex and regulated environments.

• Experience leading bids and public procurement processes.

• Ability to lead teams and manage multidisciplinary environments.

• Experience in economic management (P&L, budgets, profitability).

• Good capacity for institutional dialogue and building trusting relationships.

• Strategic vision, results orientation, and decision-making capacity.
