What functions will you perform?

• Supervise and intervene in the provision of food and/or beverage services (restaurants, bars, etc.).

• Plan time and resources: shift scheduling, stock control.

• Organize and assign tables to the waiters under their charge.

• Correct the actions of their collaborators, facilitating problem-solving.

• Supervise the hygiene and presentation of their staff, as well as the cleanliness of their sector.

• Control the “mise en place”.

• Take “orders”.

• Inform the maître d' of any deficiencies observed in the quality and presentation of the meals.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle

• Experience: minimum 1 year as a waiter, desirable in a similar position.

• Languages: advanced English, desirable a second language (French or German).

• Organizational skills.

• Problem-solving.

• Ability to manage teams.
