What functions will you perform?

Cleaning and preparation of hotel rooms and common areas. To do this, you must follow the procedures and techniques established by the management to ensure the hygiene of the establishment and the perfect condition of the facilities. Functions:

• Prepare the necessary material to carry out your work: products, utensils, machinery, etc.

• Clean and tidy the rooms and common areas of the accommodation, checking the good condition of the facilities and furniture. To do this, you will have to use the occupancy report and perform all the tasks involved in cleaning: making the bed, ventilating the room, arranging clothes, replenishing toiletries, documents, accessories and mini-bar items, and supervising the condition of the room to check for any damage.

• Attend to the guest during their stay and process lost items. You must take into account their complaints and claims, satisfy their requests when it is in your power to do so, and control items that may be left behind according to the established protocol.

• Collect and clean your work materials, sending dirty laundry to the laundry and filling out the necessary reports.
