We are looking for a Pool Assistance Controller.

Your mission will be to maintain the highest customer satisfaction in the pool area, being the reference person for any requests customers may have. Performing your work efficiently, according to established procedures and quality standards. Offering professional attention and a genuine service attitude that satisfies customer expectations.

Your main functions will be:

• Prepare the pool area before opening: placement of towels, sun loungers, parasols and everything else that is necessary.

• Supervise compliance with pool regulations: capacity, waiting times for sun loungers, order in case there is a waiting list, etc.

• Advise and assist the customer with everything they need to know about the pool menu, both food and drink.

• Collection and tidying of the pool area, leaving it ready for the next day.

Minimum requirements

To be a good fit, you must provide:

• Specific training in the sector. Minimum, a mid-level degree.

• Previous experience in hotels, preferably in areas similar to a terrace or pool.

• High level of English. Other languages are a plus.

• Availability to work on a rotating shift.
