What does the program consist of?

• It is a 12-month program featuring an intensive rotation through key operational areas: Rooms Division, F&B, and Management.

• Afterwards, you will choose an area of specialization based on your interests to deepen your knowledge and specific skills, strengthening your professional profile.

• In the final phase, you will develop a specific project with a real impact on the business.

• Throughout the program, you will build essential soft skills, from team leadership and business management to project direction and relationship building.

• You will receive ongoing evaluation and constructive feedback, alongside dedicated mentoring.

Who is the ideal candidate for this position?

• Education: Recent graduates (maximum of 3 years since graduation) holding a University Degree in Tourism, Business Administration (BBA), or Hospitality Management. Other degrees will also be considered. (Desirable: Specialized Master's Degree).

• Experience: Relevant work experience in the field (up to a maximum of 3 years) will be highly valued.

• Mobility: Geographic availability and willingness to relocate.

• Languages: Advanced level of English (B2-C1); knowledge of additional languages will be an asset.
