You will be part of the Pharmacy Training team which, integrated into the Marketing Department of Cantabrialabs Spain, is characterized by its dynamism, technical solvency, collaboration, and customer orientation.

Your main responsibility will be to translate the marketing strategy through comprehensive training for pharmacies.

The functions you will develop are:

• Propose, prepare, and develop presentations, content, and training resources adapted to the type of training required.

• Increase the specialization of our client pharmacies, contributing to their alignment with the Company's medical and scientific DNA.

• Train and develop the team of our client pharmacies.

• Increase brand competitiveness through innovative presentations or special revitalization actions.

• Conduct digital or in-person group training sessions nationwide.

• Collaborate both in identifying customer training needs and in promoting feedback and satisfaction measurement, and providing improvements to the training plan itself.

Work area: Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba, Huelva, Badajoz, Ceuta, and Melilla

Requisitos mínimos

• Minimum education: Bachelor's/Degree in Sciences, preferably in pharmacy.

• Advanced Office proficiency.

• Specific training in dermocosmetics is valued.

• Experience and knowledge of the pharmacy client is valued.

• We are looking for someone approachable, innovative, and entrepreneurial.

• Availability to travel within their area of operation.
