As Finance Manager Nordics, you will take on a key strategic role at the heart of the Nordic organization, acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and playing a central role in shaping sustainable growth and value creation.You will work closely with the Nordic General Manager and leadership team (CODIR), contributing to and actively influencing key business decisions through financial insight, challenge and perspective.

Act as a strategic finance partner to the Nordic General Manager and leadership team, supporting and constructively challenging decisions to drive sustainable performance
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes, ensuring strong alignment with business strategy
Actively steer the Nordic P&L, identifying risks and opportunities and translating them into clear actions and recommendations
Drive strong cost governance and financial discipline across the organization, ensuring transparency and ownership
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Retail and Marketing teams on pricing, investments and performance optimization
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making at all levels
Ensure high-quality financial reporting, compliance and internal controls in line with group and local requirements
Partner with regional and global finance teams, as well as shared service centers, to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
Contribute to building efficient processes, improving ways of working and supporting the continued evolution of the finance function
Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent.
A strong background in finance, with experience in business partnering, FP&A or controlling in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
A solid understanding of P&L dynamics and key value drivers, with the ability to connect financial performance to business decisions
Experience working closely with senior leadership, with the confidence to challenge and influence in a constructive and credible way
A strategic mindset combined with strong execution - you can move between big picture and details with ease
A combination of strong financial expertise and business acumen, together with leadership, curiosity and a genuine willingness to contribute to building and developing a growing affiliate
An agile and adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate change and evolve with the business
A collaborative and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to build trust across teams and functions
Strong communication skills, able to translate complex topics into clear and relevant business messages
