JOB DESCRIPTION

Representante de Contas Ambev is responsible for acting in a consultative manner in strategic channels, ensuring qualified service, base expansion, customer loyalty and impeccable execution at the point of sale. Works to maximize brand value, profitability and customer experience through relationship building, data analysis and structured negotiations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Responsibilities

• Ensure the 4 pillars of productive service (buyer portfolio, correct visits and guarantee the sale).

• Understand the needs of each client, acting in a customized way by channel and profile.

• Execute trade and price tactics for our products (TTC): menus, price ranges, digital coupons and refrigerator management.

• Monitor exclusivity contracts, evaluating performance and adherence.

• Achieve commercial goals (beer volume, non-alcoholic volume, marketplace revenue, ideal mix and others).

• Analyze data (Power BI, Excel and BEES) to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, project impact and correct course.

• Map growth and innovation opportunities for the client, proposing solutions that increase competitiveness.

• Evaluate performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, market share, margin and inventory).

• Be the link between the client and internal areas, ensuring end-to-end service (logistics, financial, service level and trade).

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Skills:

• Organization, Planning and Discipline;

• Focus on results;

• Digitalization: Ease of using technologies, such as applications and smartphones;

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt and adjust to new situations, changes and challenges

• Good communication and influence;

• Sales experience desirable.

Qualifications and Prerequisites:

• Education: Completed Higher Education.

• Possess a definitive CNH B or AB, with less than 8 points and no serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 4:50pm) | Saturday: (8am to 2pm) - On-site model
