Title and Summary
Business Development Finance supports the development, planning, and execution of corporate strategy through customer business agreements, driving growth across issuers, acquirers, fintech partners, and merchants. The Manager, Deal Management role will partner closely with business teams across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan to structure, evaluate, and execute commercially sound and strategically aligned deals. This role acts as a trusted financial advisor, ensuring deals drive sustainable revenue growth while managing risk and ensuring compliance in a dynamic and competitive payments landscape.

Capability Building
6+ years of experience in business finance, deal management, FP&A, or commercial finance, preferably in financial services, payments, fintech, or multinational environments.
Strong financial modeling capability with experience in investment evaluation and complex deal structuring.
Solid knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP is preferred.
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem in Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan (issuers, acquirers, digital players) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance commercial agility with financial discipline.
Excellent communication skills (Cantonese and Mandarin required and English advantageous).
Self-motivated, collaborative, working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and cross-cultural environment.
