Project Manager

The energy transition demands smart, reliable products. As a Project Manager at Remeha, you ensure that these innovations are actually realized; from idea to successful market introduction. You connect technology, business, and operations and steer projects to success.

Your role

You lead multiple product development projects within an international environment. You monitor progress, quality, and collaboration, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Specifically, this means you:

• Define project objectives based on a Detailed Product Request (DPR)

• Draft product specifications and translate them into executable plans

• Manage projects end-to-end, including market introduction and aftercare

• Manage time, cost, quality, and reliability

• Align resources with department managers and organize collaboration

• Involve external partners and suppliers in joint development trajectories

• Clearly report progress and risks to stakeholders

• Work according to the group NPD processes

You operate in a complex setting with diverse interests and know how to provide direction and make decisions.

Work environment

You work closely with engineering, production, sales, and purchasing, in an international context. The culture at Remeha is technically strong and pragmatic: focus on realization, with room for initiative and improvement.

What you bring

• Bachelor or master in Engineering or a comparable field

• 5–10 years of experience with project management in a production or manufacturing environment

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to influence stakeholders without a direct hierarchical position

• Proactive, structured, and comfortable in a dynamic environment

It's a plus if you:

• Have experience with integrating external best practices in product development

• Have a critical eye and the ability to constructively challenge assumptions

• Possess Prince2 or similar certification for project management
