Job Title: People Analytics Senior Analyst
Reporting Line: Reports to People Analytics and Data Manager
Role Summary As a Senior People Analytics professional, you will lead the delivery of key HR reports and actionable insights, drive unified KPI standards and robust data governance. You will build and maintain analytics tools, conduct internal training and knowledge sharing, and promote People Analytics concepts across the organization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent data output, and leverage advanced technologies to continuously optimize daily analytical workflows
Key Responsibilities
1. People Analytics
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the monthly People & Culture Book (for the Executive Committee), ensuring timely, accurate release.
Oversee regular, high-quality publication of the CSR Scorecard.
Conduct targeted analysis to identify trends/variances and deliver actionable business insights
2. KPI Standardization & Audit Readiness
Drive global CSR KPI standardization (definitions, calculations, data sources) and maintain aligned protocol documents.
Lead cross-functional internal/external audit preparation (CSR, URD, DJSI, ESG), ensuring full documentation and audit compliance.
3. Global Collaboration & Knowledge Operation
Develop and iterate People Analytics training materials and SharePoint knowledge repository.
Organize global HR user webinars/workshops to share updates, address challenges and exchange best practices.
Promote People Analytics concepts and enhance its internal influence via newsletters, Teams channels and other relevant internal communication.
4. Data Governance & Quality management
Support data quality checks and indicator consistency verification to ensure reliable data.
Provide standardized data solutions and analytical support for HR data requests.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and IT to align recurring deliverables and data.
5. Analytics Tools & Platform Management
Design and maintain HR analytical tools: SuccessFactors Story Reports, BI dashboards and other analysis outputs.
Monitor reporting usage and adoption, keeping analytics platforms and repositories structured, relevant, and up-to-date.
6. Technology, AI & Continuous Improvement
Leverage AI tools and O365 to enhance the efficiency and quality of routine analytics work.
Explore automation opportunities and drive incremental improvements to analytics practices
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
8+ years of solid experience in people analytics, HR or business analytics
Strong knowledge of core HR metrics and data governance standards
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors reporting, BI tools and advanced Excel
Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication/presentation skills, proven cross-functional collaboration experience
Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities, concurrent tasks and recurring deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and agile working style, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
Familiarity with Office 365, basic AI tools and a mindset for workflow optimization
