Qualification: a) The job holder must have an Engineering or Construction degree (degree in Finance and business is also beneficial). b) Experience in Project Cost Estimate in a major oil and gas company. c) Hold PMP/PECP Project management certification d) Not less than 10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in subsea facilities. e) Not less than 10 years of experience of working in a prior similar position. f) Experience in EPCI projects
