Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Ensure all MEP systems meet safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers.
Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for MEP systems.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure project deadlines are met.
Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during construction.
Estimate costs and prepare budgets for MEP components of the project.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment
A. Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in MEP design and construction.
Supervisor Certificate Class I or II (compulsory)
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
