Responsibilites
Supervise the installation and erection of petrochemical plant equipment in line with project requirements and schedule.
Monitor EPC contractor activities, including equipment handling and lifting works.
Follow up on heavy lifting activities to ensure safe and proper execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to check progress and compliance with approved drawings and procedures.
Provide technical support during equipment installation and related lifting operations.
Review erection procedures, lifting plans, and vendor documents as required.
Ensure correct positioning, alignment, and installation of equipment.
Work closely with HSE teams to maintain safe lifting and equipment handling practices.
Report progress and any technical concerns to PMC management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in equipment erection, mechanical installation, or site supervision.
Experience in petrochemical, refinery, or similar industrial projects.
Experience with petrochemical plant equipment and heavy lifting tools is required.
PMC experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of installation standards and lifting operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
