In the QHSE sector, we support organizations in achieving international standards for integrated management, regulatory compliance and operational excellence, with particular focus on ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and sector-specific regulations.
We are seeking expert Lead Auditors QHSE to conduct integrated audits of quality, health, safety and environment at clients in Switzerland. The position requires full autonomy in managing multidisciplinary audits, multilingual communication skills and deep knowledge of integrated QHSE management systems, regulatory compliance and international best practices.
The professional will operate as an independent consultant, ensuring high-quality audits, verification of compliance with international standards, identification of non-conformities and formulation of strategic recommendations for improving quality, health, safety and environmental performance.
Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental), Safety Science or related disciplines
Lead Auditor QHSE Certification or equivalent (mandatory)
Lead Auditor Certifications ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (preferably holding at least 2)
Continuous training on integrated audits and QHSE regulations
Knowledge of international regulations on quality, health, safety and environment
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in QHSE auditing or integrated management
Minimum 3-5 years as Lead Auditor QHSE with industrial clients
Experience conducting audits in Swiss or European organizations
Knowledge of sectors: manufacturing, chemical, food, construction, logistics, utilities
Experience in multidisciplinary regulatory compliance assessment
Experience in identification and management of non-conformities
Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards
Knowledge of Swiss regulations on health, safety and environment
Knowledge of EU Directives on safety, environment and quality
Competence in integrated QHSE risk assessment
Use of audit software and document management systems
Competence in data analysis and QHSE performance indicators
Knowledge of integrated audit methodologies
Italian and/or French and/or German (fluent – at least one language mandatory)
English (preferred)
