Job Description:

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION… This position aims to act as a Metrology engineer to achieve the application of CNAS & perform verification tasks of calibration activities in the Tianjin Final Assembly Line;

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure the specification of current reference standard can reach the requirements of accreditation and Airbus requirement;

• Ensure the traceability and correctness of calibration result of all reference standards

• Create documents of system, quality manual, specific criteria, procedure file, WI, technical record and other documents to meet the requirements of accreditation and Airbus requirement as well;

• Verification of standard method which we currently use or create new calibration specification;

• Establish and implement measurement uncertainties evaluation and make it apply in the official certificate;

• Coordinate with domain lab to complete lab comparison;

• Ensure all activities must comply with the “Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China“;

• Complete internal calibration activities (torque, length, and other quantity) and issue the calibration & measurement certificate based on WI on time;

• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager

QUALIFICATION

• Education: Measurement and control, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Precision Instruments and related majors;

• Experience: 10 years above management experience of laboratory, LAB establishment experience is nice to have;

• Accreditation experience: Deeply familiar with kinds of CNAS documentation (such as CL-01, RL-02, GL-011);

• Technical experience: Deeply familiar with regular JJG, JJF, and GB and other technical specifications (such as JJF1059 and JJF1001);

• English Certification: CET-4 or above;

• Industry Certification: Level 1 certified metrology engineer is mandatory

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Skills:

• Use various general reference standards (Standard device) proficiently;

• Can carry out the training & guidance of industry metrology knowledge;

• LANGUAGE: Fluent English both in written and oral speaking;

Soft Skills:

• Strong Communication Skill and Sense of Teamwork;

• Have a Strong Sense of Responsibility;

• Strong safety and quality awareness
