PLASTIC MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates work shifts organization related to maintenance activities;

• Plans preventive maintenance activities together with the preventive maintenance engineer;

• Improves the operation of equipment;

• Ensures rapid interventions in accidental repairs situations;

• Motivates the team to achieve performance indicators;

• Responsible for achieving performance indicators (reducing intervention times, increasing the operating time of equipment);

• Ensures the management of spare parts (necessary, stocks, costs);

• Provides the necessary training for the team;

• Verifies and adjusts the information related to the collection and recording of performance indicators;

• Organizes the workplace according to Lean Manufacturing principles;

• Implements and executes the process requirements based on the requests of the technical department;

• Responsible for occupational safety and health of subordinates;

• Administrates all activities connected to maintenance;

• Active role in improvement activities and initiatives;

• Responsible for 5S activities.

Experience:

• 1-3 years in a similar position

Education:

• Technical University Degree

Competencies:

• Knowledge related to energy, electricity, thermal installations, sanitary installations, industrial informatics

• Knowledge of PSI and ESH legislation.

• Good command of English.

• Good social skills and critical thinking skills.

• Knowledge of energy maintenance. English language – mid - to - upper level

• Good knowledge of working with MS Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
