We are seeking experienced Radiographic Testing (RT) Technicians to join our team as Job Performers. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on RT expertise and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Perform radiographic testing operations in compliance with ASNT RT Level II standards
Execute work safely according to WMS (Work Management System) requirements
Manage documentation and maintain accurate records
Select appropriate equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Communicate effectively with clients, HSE teams, and operations staff
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Apply PTW (Permit-to-Work) procedures for all assigned tasks
Engineering Graduates: 2 years of relevant experience
Diploma Holders (Non-Engineering): 3 years of relevant experience
Other Backgrounds: 6–8 years of relevant experience (subject to approval)
ASNT RT Level II Certification (required)
WMS Full Package Certification (for ADNOC projects)
Proficiency in radiographic testing methodologies and equipment
Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
Ability to comprehend technical documentation and safety procedures
Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to WMS safety requirements and PTW procedures
Documentation Management: Accurate record-keeping and report generation
Equipment Expertise: Proper selection and use of RT equipment and PPE
Client Relations: Effective communication with external clients and internal HSE/Operations teams
Standards Compliance: Knowledge of and commitment to industry standards and best practices
Previous experience on ADNOC projects
Additional ASNT certifications (Level III or specialized endorsements)
Experience with digital documentation systems
Track record of zero safety incidents
