Mid-Level
The Data, AI & Automation function has the mission to capture value at Group level through Data, AI, and Automation by identifying opportunities, driving key projects, creating shared technology assets, and measuring maturity growth across Business Units. The focus is on fostering collaboration, developing a comprehensive framework, and executing strategic initiatives that enhance profitability. Additionally, the function monitors and guides the evolution of Data, AI, and Automation, ensuring regulatory compliance and acting as a trusted advisor for the Group.
At the core of this vision lies the Group Central Data Platform, the backbone of Generali’s data ecosystem. This platform is designed to unify and harmonize information across the organization by ingesting raw data from Business Units and multiple Data Domains, including internal sources such as P&C, PH&A, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, as well as external datasets like weather and satellite images. Through advanced data integration and governance processes, these diverse data streams are merged and fully standardized, creating a single source of truth for the entire Group.
Building on this foundation, the Insights Factory emerges as a dedicated capability to transform raw data into actionable insights. Leveraging the Group Central Data Platform, it enables scalable, secure, and compliant data processing while providing advanced analytics and visualization tools. This centralized approach ensures consistency, accelerates insight generation at scale, and empowers business units with predictive and prescriptive analytics to support strategic decisions and deliver significant value.
Within this context, we are looking for a Data Analyst, who will play a key role in the newly established Insights Factory, a strategic hub designed to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

By leveraging the Group Central Data Platform, the Data Analyst ensures that insights are built on harmonized, high-quality data from across Business Units and domains. This approach allows the development of scalable Data Products powered by AI Agents and Actionable Insights that can be applied and scaled consistently across the Group.
