Plant Supplier Quality Coordinator

We are looking for a person to join the Global Central Function Industrial Operations who will be responsible for:

• Managing supply non-conformities and related escalations (8D, containment actions, corrective actions, charges), ensuring effective communication with suppliers

• Coordinating Incoming Quality activities, defining control plans for incoming supplies and ensuring proper quality oversight

• Supporting production in managing issues related to supply components

• Managing the PPAP supplier validation process, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

• Monitoring supplier quality performance (PPM, complaints, non-quality costs)

• Collaborating with platform and central quality functions to ensure an integrated approach to supplier management

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree

• At least 4 years of experience in the role

• Excellent knowledge of the English language

• Technical drawing interpretation and tolerances

• Knowledge of problem-solving methods and the 8D report

• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP methodologies

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of FMEA

• Knowledge of production processes (casting, machining, treatments, etc.)

• Knowledge of IATF regulations

The package includes:

• • Employment contract starting from level B2 of the Metalworking CCNL, based on seniority and skills
• • RAL starting from € 34,209.89 (minimum foreseen by CCNL for level B2), based on seniority and skills
• • Performance bonus (average gross value upon target achievement): € 6,000
