Wir suchen einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer mit technischen Kenntnissen, um unsere Produktion in unserer Klebstoffsparte bei UHU in Bühl zu verstärken.

So sehen deine Hauptaufgaben aus:

• Bedienung (Überwachung und Steuerung) von einzelnen zugewiesenen Abfüll- und Verpackungsanlagen

• Dokumentation der Prozessabläufe

• Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einstellen und Inbetriebnehmen der Maschinen nach Anweisung

• Fachliche Anleitung, Einarbeitung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden an den zugewiesenen Anlagen

• Koordination und Priorisierung von Fertigungsaufträgen und Auftragswechseln innerhalb der Schicht

• Mitverantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Arbeitsbereich

• Mitwirkung beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess

Dein Team:

Du arbeitest in einem Team von Maschinenbediener und Transporteuren an einzelnen zugewiesenen Anlagen und berichtest an den Teamleiter Konfektionierung.

Was dich zu einer idealen Besetzung macht:

• Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar

• Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Führung von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer koordinierenden Position

• Technisches Verständnis sowie gute Kenntnisse In MS-Office sowie SAP

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht-Betrieb) sowie bei Bedarf an den Wochenenden

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Selbstständige, Strukturierte und sicherheitsorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln

We are looking for a machine operator with technical knowledge to strengthen our production in our adhesives division at UHU in Bühl.

How you make the difference:

Is your passion to operate, set up, adjust and commission selected machines, provide technical guidance to colleagues on the plant and take on organisational tasks related to the plant? Shape the future with us.

How your agenda looks like:

• Operation (monitoring and control) of individual assigned filling and packaging systems

• Documentation of process flows

• Independent set-up, adjustment and commissioning of machines according to instructions

• Providing technical guidance, training and instruction to employees on the assigned systems

• Coordinating and prioritising production orders and order changes within the shift

• Sharing responsibility for order, cleanliness and occupational safety in the work area

• Participating in the continuous improvement process

Your team:

You will work in a team of machine operators and transporters on individual assigned systems and report to the packaging team leader.

What makes you a great fit:

• Completed technical or vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer or similar

• Experience in operating and managing machines and systems, and ideally initial experience in a coordinating position

• Technical understanding and good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation) and on weekends if necessary

• Good written and spoken German

• Ability to work in a team, reliability and sense of responsibility

• Independent, structured and safety-oriented way of working combined with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
