Industrial Mechanic (Maintenance) (m/f/d) fixed-term / Industriemechaniker Instandhaltung (m/w/d) im Bereich Maschineneinrichtung befristet

Wir suchen befristet für ca. 2 Jahre einen Industriemechaniker mit dem Schwerpunkt Instandhaltung in der Konfektionierung (Abfüllung), um unsere Produktion in unserer Klebstoffsparte bei UHU in Bühl zu verstärken.

Wie du dich einbringen kannst:

In dieser Aufgabe bist du für die Instandhaltung, Störungsbeseitigung, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von zugewiesenen Anlagen zuständig.

So sehen deine Hauptaufgaben aus:

• Inbetriebnahme und Einstellung von Maschinen

• Laufende Überwachung der Anlagenparameter und umgehende Korrektur von auftretenden Fehlern

• Beseitigung von Störungen und Information der Vorgesetzten und der QS bei größeren Störungen

• Koordination von Fertigungsaufträgen und Auftragswechseln

• Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße und sichere Fahrweise der Anlagen unter allen Betriebszuständen

• Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Anlagen

• Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Schichtübernahme und -übergabe

• Verantwortung für Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Bereich von Maschinen und Anlagen

• Bei Bedarf Unterstützung im Bereich der Konfektionierungsanlagen und oder im Transport

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Elektrik-Team bei Bedarf

• Ggf. Möglichkeit der internen Weiterentwicklung

Du arbeitest in einem großen Produktionsteam bestehend aus Mitarbeitern der Abfüllung, internen Transporteuren und Maschineneinrichtern sowie Maschinen- und Anlagenführern und berichtest an den Team Operator und den Teamleiter deiner Schicht.

Was dich zu einer idealen Besetzung macht:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Instandhaltung oder Mechanik oder Mechatronik

• Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im anlagennahen Bereich

• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie SAP

• Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Gute Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke im produzierenden Umfeld

• Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Bereitschaft für Früh-/Spät-/Nachtschicht und bei Bedarf an den Wochenenden

Industrial Mechanic (Maintenance) (m/f/d) fixed-term / Industriemechaniker Instandhaltung (m/w/d) im Bereich Maschineneinrichtung befristet

We are looking for an industrial mechanic specializing in maintenance within the filling department on a fixed-term contract of approximately two years, to provide support for our production operations in the adhesives division at UHU in Bühl.

How you make the difference:

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning and servicing of the equipment assigned to you.

How your agenda looks like:

• Commissioning and calibration of machinery

• Ongoing monitoring of plant parameters and immediate rectification of any faults that arise

• Troubleshooting and informing supervisors and Quality Assurance in the event of major faults

• Coordination of production orders and order changes

• Responsibility for the proper and safe operation of the plant under all operating conditions

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on plant

• Responsibility for the proper handover and takeover of shifts

• Responsibility for safety, order and cleanliness in the area of machinery and plant

• Support in the area of packaging plant and/or transport as required

• Collaboration with the electrical team as required

• Possibility of internal career development where applicable

Your team:

You will be working as part of a large production team comprising filling staff, internal transport staff, machine fitters, and machine and plant operators, and will report to the Team Operator and the Team Leader on your shift.
