Operator Filling (temporary) / Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Konfektionierung (befristet)

Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter in der Konfektionierung/Abfüllung, um unsere Produktion in unserer Klebstoffsparte bei UHU in Bühl zu verstärken.

Wie du dich einbringen kannst:

In dieser Aufgabe erfüllst du Fertigungsaufträge an unterschiedlichen Produktionsanlagen in einem takt- und schichtgebundenen Produktionsumfeld.

So sehen deine Hauptaufgaben aus:

• Bedienung von Maschinen und Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses

• Konfektionierung, Verpackung sowie Umpacken von Produkten

• Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen der fertigen Produkte

• Einhaltung von Sicherheit und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

• Kleine Störungsbehebungen und Rüstarbeiten an Produktionsanlagen

• Dokumentationsaufgaben am PC

• Bei Bedarf Unterstützung im Bereich des internen Transports

Dein Team:

Du arbeitest in einem Team von verschiedenen Funktionen, wie Einrichtern, Konfektionierern, Transporteuren und Koordinatoren und berichtest an den Teamleiter.

Was dich zu einer idealen Besetzung macht:

• Kenntnisse im Bedienen von Maschinen und Konfektionierungsanlagen sind wünschenswert

• Grundlagenkenntnisse im Arbeiten mit dem PC

• Befriedigende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise mit besonderem Fokus auf die Sicherheit

• Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude an der Arbeit in wechselnden Teams

• Bereitschaft für Früh-/Spät-/Nachtschicht und bei Bedarf an den Wochenenden

We are looking for an operator in filling to strengthen our production in our adhesives division at UHU in Bühl.

How you make the difference:

In this task, you will fulfill production orders on different production lines in a cycle- and shift-bound production environment.

How your agenda looks like:

• operating machines and monitoring the filling process

• Filling, packaging and repackaging of products

• Ensuring the quality requirements of the finished products

• Maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workplace

• Minor troubleshooting and set-up work on production systems

• Documentation tasks on the PC

• If required, support in the field of internal transport

Your team:

You will work in a team of different functions, such as fitters, fillers, transporters and coordinators, and report to the team leader.

What makes you a great fit:

• Knowledge of operating machines and packaging systems is desirable

• Basic knowledge of working with the PC

• Satisfactory written and spoken German language skills

• Reliable and accurate way of working with a special focus on safety

• Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of working in changing teams

• Readiness for early/late/night shifts and on weekends if needed
