Are you a final-year student of political science, economics, or double degrees with law or equivalent master's degrees? We are looking for you!

When?

You will join our Barcelona office in August 2026. It is essential to have your degree completed (including your Final Degree or Master Project) to join the team.

Projects in the Public Sector business line:

• Strategic plans and diagnostics for public entities and organizations, territories, cities, and regions

• Definition and implementation of governance models and sourcing models

• Digital and operational transformation of public entities and organizations

• Economic promotion plans for cities and regions

• Change management and communication

• Evaluation of public policies and economic impact analysis

• Project Management Offices (PMO) for: Development and monitoring of strategies and technological plans, Digitization of processes, and IT operational governance.

What are we looking for?

• Academic excellence: We value a good academic record and that you have followed your study plan chronology.

• Enriching experiences: Company internships, international stays (Erasmus), and knowledge of other languages will be a plus.

• High level of English: Both oral and written (will be evaluated during the selection process).

• Attitude and eagerness to learn: We do not require experience, but a strong motivation to grow and develop.
