Sales Representative - Bavet
Purpose of the Job: Ensuring optimal individual performance in assigned through excellence execution and continous personal development.
Role & Responsibility:

Ensure successful achievement of sales targets in targeted outlets

Ensure the correct sales execution as per guidelines for each assigned outlets

Track own performance indicators (including completion of basic job responsibilities and input/output KPIs)

Be the reliable point of contact with outlets owners. Include investigating, resolving, tracking customer issues and timely follow-up actions

Timely feedback/Escalate to sales supervisor on the issues identified in the assigned area to improve service at the outlet level
Requirements and Qualifications

Fluent in Khmer writing and speaking

Able to speak in Vietnamese (English is a plus)

1+ years in consumer goods industry

1+ years in sales/marketing in sales executions

(Optional) Higher Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales
