RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Manage construction projects for the implementation, renovation, and expansion of stores, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

• Perform physical-financial monitoring of the works and control execution schedules.

• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring project delivery.

• Conduct technical visits and inspect the execution of activities in the field.

• Act as an interface between the Expansion, Purchasing, IT, Facilities, and Operations areas.

• Control technical documentation, measurements, contracts, and necessary approvals for the execution of the works.

• Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure the final delivery of the project according to the defined scope.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Complete higher education in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Experience in construction management and monitoring.

• Knowledge of Office Package (especially Excel), AutoCAD, and MS Project.

• Availability for travel.

• Reside in São Paulo or region.

Differentiators

• Experience in retail construction, store expansion, franchises, or shopping centers.

• Experience in simultaneous management of multiple projects.
