PUESTO: Intern - Administrative Management Support - Talent Pool

For this position, we are looking for a person with the possibility of signing an internship contract. They must be proactive, with skills to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a mindset of continuous improvement and learning. In addition, they must have an analytical and problem-solving approach.

FUNCIONES

• Management and handling of CRM.

• Enrollment and verification of students on the training platform.

• Preparation and management of administrative documentation related to the courses.

• Follow-up and coordination through phone calls with trainers from different AAFF.

• Coordination with the teaching and technical team.

• Attention and resolution of queries from assigned trainers and coordinators.

FORMACIÓN REQUERIDA

FP in Administration and/or professional certificate in the administrative branch

COMPETENCIAS

• Ability to identify and solve problems

• Correct Time Management

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Ability to collaborate with other professionals

• Ability to transmit information clearly and concisely

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS E INFORMÁTICOS

• Office suite

• Valuable knowledge of training management applications: SFOC, FUNDAE, or any management CRM
