We are looking for an Indirect Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing goods and services not directly related to production. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluations and feedback.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure sourcing aligns with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, savings, and supplier performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in indirect sourcing or procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in contract management and supplier relationship management.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Experience with e-procurement systems is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
