The Senior Manager, Costing leads the sourcing development costing function across multiple manufacturing countries for TNF apparel, managing a $1B+ FOB portfolio. This role is responsible for driving transformation to a cohesive, data-driven, and standardized costing processes. The leader will partner closely with sourcing development, apparel engineering, product supply enablement (PSE), brand planning, PD and design to drive margin optimization, and enable fact-based decision making across the organization.
The Senior Manager, Costing will act as central connector across Finance, Product Supply Enablement (PSE) and Brand to establish and own end-to-end product cost governance. This includes:
Enable a forward-looking cost projection aligned to brand long-range plans. Identify margin improvement opportunities and develop execution plan.
Lead seasonal cost negotiations and product engineering for cost optimization.
Own and ensure end-to-end visibility of seasonal FOB across GTM milestones by proactively consolidating and communicating cost status, risks, and projection outlook to enable timely, data-driven decision making.
Ensure a structured milestone-based reporting cadence to track FOB evolution, highlight risks and variances vs. targets, and drive timely corrective actions.
Partner with cross functional team to define and implement forward looking, standardized costing standards and framework. These standards will be scaled across vendors and other brands to enable consistent costing approach and support data-driven decision-making.
From leadership and team management perspective, this role will:
Ensuring alignment to a unified strategy and operating model across regions while enabling strong regional execution with clear performance standards and accountability
Build organizational capability in cost engineering, negotiation, and data-driven decision making
Act as the global functional authority for costing, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning teams to shared margin objectives
Develop a strong talent pipeline and high-performance culture, driving continuous learning, collaboration, and ownership

Respected leader with experience in business process improvements

Bachelor or above degree in textile engineering, or corporate finance.
Managerial experience in apparel sourcing and manufacturing, product costing.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills, and ability to translate ideas into action plans.
A Good communicator, and able to articulate thinking both verbally and in writing to influence stakeholders.
Good commercial acumen and understanding of financial reporting system a plus (IFRS, US GAAP)
