Join the Enterprise Architecture team of Allianz Seguros España, providing direct service to BBVA Allianz, and actively participate in the main transformation, modernization and technological innovation programs of the BBVA-Allianz partnership.

What will you do at BBVA Allianz?

You will be the single architectural point of reference between BBVA and Allianz, ensuring strategic consistency, end-to-end alignment and correct governance of all initiatives financed by BBVA.

Among your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and evolve the target IT architecture necessary for BBVA Allianz.

• Translate BBVA's business strategies and transformation priorities into formal business architecture artifacts, aligned with Allianz standards and processes.

• Support key technological transformation projects.

• Ensure end-to-end consistency of processes, data, customer journeys and application landscape.

• Act as the main architectural interlocutor between BBVA, Enterprise Architecture, Organization and Allianz Technology.

• Support IT / IS risk control, security and regulatory compliance.

• Accompany the Organization teams in demand management and prioritization, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with the target architecture.

• Participate in governance forums (Design Authority, IT Strategy, etc.), raising risks and dependencies.

• Support AI projects, especially those linked to BBVA's innovation initiatives.

• Ensure alignment with the modernization roadmap and avoid regressions to legacy.

What does BBVA Allianz need from you?

• Proven experience of more than 5 years in similar positions (Enterprise Architect, Business Architect, IT Architect).

• Hybrid business + technical profile, ideally with experience in consulting, banking and/or insurance.

• Analytical capacity, critical vision and solution orientation.

• Experience in complex environments, with multiple stakeholders (BBVA, Allianz, Technology, Organization).

• Knowledge of the IT solutions market.

• High capacity for communication, influence and work in multidisciplinary environments.

• Project management capacity and transversal coordination.

• C1 English level.

• Cloud / Azure certification will be valued.

• Same permissions and access to IT assets as profiles working directly for the CIO of Allianz Spain.
