Job Summary:
Supports the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics to deliver accurate, high quality insights; ensures documentation and analytical standards comply with regulatory and company requirements; and provides metrics driven guidance for business in support of the organization.
Job Description:
Collects, validates, and consolidates data from multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate, high-quality inputs for performance metric reporting.
Analyzes complex data sets to identify trends, assess impacts, and deliver actionable insights that support regulatory and business decisions.
Monitors performance metrics, identifies process improvement opportunities, and strengthens data quality and reporting frameworks.
Develops automated spreadsheets, dashboards, and visualizations to streamline data processing and improve reporting accuracy.
Prepares clear, comprehensive reports, filings, and summaries to communicate key findings and support timely regulatory submissions.
Collaborates with stakeholders, communicates progress and risks, and escalates key issues to ensure compliance and timely deliverables.
Follow established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.

Education
Experience
3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, identifying trends, and supporting business strategy through KPIs, metrics, forecasts, and other analytical functions.
Experience with Access or other DBMS (e.g., SQL) and programing language preferred.
Experience with dashboard development and maintenance in Power BI and/or Tableau is an asset.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and tools such as MS SharePoint.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and fundamental understanding of algorithms, math and statistics.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated discretion in internal and external communications.
