The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for a boutique by driving the Nespresso 'sales through service' philosophy in and around the boutique and maximizing prospect conversion into members, loyalty driving by distinctive and personal contact moments and business results through inspiring leadership and development of Coffee Specialists.
Empower, coach and enable Coffee Specialists and experts to ensure optimal performance
Responsible for personal development of Coffee Specialists and Assistant Manager
Leads by example in terms of Nespresso leadership behavior (NLF)
Translating the Nespresso strategy into daily boutique operations in an inspiring way (OMP)
Ensure (coffee) knowledgeable and engaged employees
Responsible for a safe, healthy and happy working environment
Maximize brand experience, direct consumer relationship and distribution of the boutique, according to its operating segment.
Drive optimal achievement of business goals through setting aligned commercial goals & measurements based on OMP and development plans
Realize ultimate coffee experience in the Boutique
Analyze and propose improvement plans based on Mystery Shopping & Customer Voice Results
Operate the Sales through Service philosophy and challenge and supports the Coffee Specialists accordingly
Drive bottom-up sales forecast and accuracy based on weekly and monthly reporting and analysis
Drive optimal use of resources and cost control in relation to boutique sales (P&L lines to influence like demo, FTE, tasting, etc.)
Ensure that the boutique operates in accordance to the (international) guidelines and standards.
Driving acquisition, loyalty and sales in (the surroundings of) the boutique by leveraging the Nespresso trilogy,
Close collaboration with commercial teams in the area (Trade, marketing, E-business, OOH)
Co-development of (omni-channel) action plans in line with company objectives
Fueling the company boutique (area) strategy with local field customer insights
Connecting with other retailers and stakeholders in the surroundings of the boutique to ensure good collaboration to maximize the local impact of the boutique
Bachelor’s degree holder.
Professional and intellectual capabilities at higher professional education level.
Experience in direct customer sales of premium products & services.
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Retail Management.
