Overview

The Demand Acceleration Senior Analyst to lead and deliver best-in-class commercial execution across the South Europe cluster (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal). This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping and executing transformational demand strategies, elevating customer partnerships, delivering best-in-class Perfect Store Execution standards and driving sustainable growth across channels with hyper-focus on Specialists/Traditional/Premium Brick & Mortar channels.

Responsibilities

• Electro Channel strategy & prioritisation / Lead for DX Italy/Spain/Portugal = ACCOUNTABLE

• Most Valuable Stores / shopper‑led clustering = ACCOUNTABLE

• Category growth logic & selling stories = ACCOUNTABLE

• Perfect Store ambition & execution standards (PICOS, KPI's) = ACCOUNTABLE

• Trade & Shopper Marketing Strategy = CONSULTED

• Go-To-Market Strategy = CONSULTED

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial strategy, demand generation, or category management

• Strong track record in FMCG or consumer goods, ideally across multiple markets

• Deep expertise in Perfect Store and retail execution excellence

• Experience leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and shopper insights to drive growth. Experience in Power BI is a must.

• Strong commercial acumen

• Ability to influence stakeholders (in different roles / levels / geographics) without authority and build strong relationships internally with peers, DX broader community and strategic relationship externally with key retailers.

• Strong autonomy and capability to deal with ambiguity, able to take decisions and define a strategy in a very novel environment.

• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance both strategic thinking with execution.

• Languages: English is mandatory as well as a second language either French and/or Italian fluently. Spanish is a plus.
