SodaStream Central Europe is entering a very exciting phase of growth — and we are looking for someone who will help us shape it. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by collaborating with existing distributors across Central Europe while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing overall commercial performance. In this role, you will design and execute effective sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and consistently deliver against defined commercial targets.
Actively seeking new clients, partnerships, and market segments while maintaining and growing existing accounts
Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Pipeline management, contract negotiation, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maximize business impact.
Setting priorities, oversees annual planning and monthly action tracking, and acts as the primary strategic interface between SodaStream and the distributors.
Partnering with supply chain and demand planning teams for execution excellence
10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Experience in developing and executing Commercial / Sales strategies across multiple channels
Demonstrated success in entering new markets or expanding into new geographies
Knowledge of Revenue Management
Excellent Leadership skills
Solid financial acumen, including understanding P&L impact, margins, pricing strategies, and building business cases with ROI analysis
Ability to influence at a senior level
Experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Strong background in complex negotiations (pricing, contracts, commercial terms)
Innovative – listens carefully & understands how to use data to create new & winning ideas
Collaborating & Influencing – establishing relationships quickly and effortlessly
Excellent communication skills – needed to converse and articulate ideas to all levels of internal & bottler organization
Growth-oriented, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to shape a business in scale-up mode
Planning skills - Ability to identify potential issues before they happen, & plan/drive action to resolve
The expected starting compensation range for this position is 400,500 PLN annually.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus of 20% of annual salary, based on performance and eligibility.
