Responsibilities:

Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities (electricity, water, gas)

Oversee operation and maintenance of steam boiler systems, transformer substations (>1000V); water treatment facilities
-
Maintain and repair energy equipment
-
Participate in installation and commissioning of new systems
-
Lead and implement energy efficiency projects to reduce consumption and optimize costs
-
Manage and supervise technical personnel
Requirements:
-
Higher education in Engineering (Power, Mechanical, or related field)
-
Hands-on experience with steam boilers, high-voltage transformer substations (>1000V), medium- and high-pressure compressors
-
Proven experience implementing energy efficiency projects (real cases required)
-
Background in industrial/manufacturing environments (preferably food production)

Experience with water treatment systems

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
-
Team management experience
-
Georgian and English proficiency
