Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above

Professional Competencies: 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, VDA6.3

Language Requirements: Fluent in written and spoken English

Quality Requirements: Responsibility, Initiative, Cost awareness, Digital mindset

Other Requirements: Automotive industry or related quality experience, Proven track record in important quality improvement projects
