Job Description

• Sourcing of equipment and manufacturing technology 设备及制造技术导入

• Preparation of general work communication 日常工作沟通与协调

• Department internal coordination of localization and cross-plant cooperation 国产化推进及跨工厂协作协调

• BPS modules planning and implementation BPS模块规划与实施

• Department internal project work (cost, quality, productivity, etc.) 部门内部项目工作（成本、质量、生产效率等）

• Production line capacity planning 产线产能规划

• Project work in SE-Team for new projects 新项目SE-Team项目工作

• Preparation of manufacturing concepts and organizational setup 生产制造方案及组织架构规划

• Department production project management 部门生产项目管理

• Coaching Junior Planning Engineers and Planning Engineers in daily work 指导初级计划工程师及计划工程师的日常工作

• Support cost controlling for designated cost centers 支持指定成本中心的成本控制工作

• Support department internal quality management and improvement activities 支持部门内部质量管理及改善工作

• Good knowledge of WLD production processes, equipment, and manufacturing technologies 熟悉WLD生产流程、设备及制造技术

• Good knowledge of key component manufacturing processes 熟悉关键零部件制造工艺

Qualifications

• Experience with FMEA, Control Plan, CPK, CMK, and MSA 具备FMEA、Control Plan、CPK、CMK及MSA相关经验

• Proficient in applying quality tools (e.g. 8D) to solve manufacturing quality issues, especially in armature production lines 熟练运用质量工具（如8D）解决制造质量问题，尤其是电枢产线质量问题

• Strong project management capability 具备较强的项目管理能力

• Good coordination, communication, and presentation skills 具备良好的沟通协调及表达能力

• Drive base motor outsourcing initiatives 推进基础电机外包项目

• Support internal driver production activities 支持内部驱动器生产相关工作

• Plan and coordinate global delivery of products and services from China 规划并协调中国产品及服务的全球交付工
