Job Description

Test Strategy Development: Lead or manage intelligent driving vehicle testing projects, responsible for developing detailed test plans, test strategies, and acceptance criteria to ensure efficient and comprehensive testing covering mass production needs.

Real Vehicle Test Execution: Personally participate in and guide the team in conducting real vehicle ADAS/AD function tests at the Suzhou test track and open roads, including but not limited to ACC, LKA, NOA, automatic parking, and other functional, performance, and boundary tests.

Problem Discovery and Resolution: Accurately identify, record, and track issues and defects found during testing, use deep technical knowledge and experience for preliminary analysis and localization, and strongly drive R&D, algorithm, and other teams to collaborate on solutions, forming a closed loop.

Process and Method Optimization: Based on a profound understanding of testing theories and methods, continuously optimize test processes, methods, and toolchains to improve the efficiency and professional capabilities of the testing team.

Mass Production Delivery Support: Possess unique insights into the testing content, performance release standards, and delivery nodes of mass production projects, ensuring that testing strictly complies with mass production requirements and safeguards the successful mass production of projects.

Cross-departmental Communication and Coordination: As a key interface in the testing phase, communicate and coordinate efficiently with product, R&D, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth information flow and project progress.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant work experience in vehicle engineering or computer science.

5 years or more of experience in intelligent driving vehicle testing.

Experience in leading or managing vehicle testing projects, with rich successful experience in testing theories, testing methods, and test team management.

Led mass production projects for mid-to-high-level vehicle testing, with a deep understanding of ADAS functions and unique insights and cognition regarding mass production testing content and performance release requirements.

Possess strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Hold a C driver's license and possess proficient vehicle testing skills.
