Within the Operation & Supply Chain organizational unit of the Aircraft BU, within the Supply Chain Program Management function, for the Caselle (TO) site, a Supply Chain Program Manager is sought who will carry out the following activities:
Integrate the specific contributions of the various SC organizational units involved, with a view to meeting the time and cost requirements dictated by the reference Program, acting as the first interface between Supply Chain and Program;
Ensure the coordination of Supply Chain activities for the Business Unit Programs;
Plan Supply Chain activities towards the program/IPT in an integrated planning logic;
Collaborate with the KSAs (Key Supplier Accounts) in the Supply Chain to identify the causes of non-performance and/or critical issues arising on critical supplies.
Monitor the progress of the Programs within their area of competence, identifying and implementing the necessary containment and mitigation actions for potential risks inherent in supplies;
Ensure coordination with Procurement Program Managers for their respective Programs;
Implementation of company policies aimed at achieving functional objectives.

Required Experience Level:
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of production and management processes governing an aeronautical company;
Previous experience in Supply Chain management or Program Management is a preferential title.
Behavioral Skills:

Aptitude for teamwork, flexibility, determination, decisiveness.
Language Skills:
IT Skills:
Good knowledge of the Office suite and in particular Word/Excel/Project;
Familiarity with SAP system.

How does the selection process work?
