Within the Service BU of Leonardo Aeronautica, specifically in the Customer Support & Services organizational unit, we are looking for a Program Manager Material & MRO for our offices in Pomigliano d'Arco and Turin Corso Francia.
Within the Material service that LAD CSS&T provides to End Customers, this position relates to all activities concerning the coordination and support of the end-to-end process of a dedicated Line of Business/Program, from Customer demand, in terms of spare parts and repairs, to their fulfillment. The task involves developing relationships with all Team Leaders and stakeholders involved in this process, including the Customer; ensuring proper alignment between Business expectations and Material acquisition; developing the Supply Chain and involving continuous performance improvement projects of the Supplier.
Main activities:
Daily coordination and monitoring with M&MRO SM Warehouse, Planning and Supply Management Team Leaders;
Daily coordination with key CSS&T stakeholders to meet Customer needs;
Monitoring and advancement of CSS&T business milestones;
Managing relationships with Suppliers and internal stakeholders for the evaluation and promotion of performance improvement initiatives;
Participation in meetings with Suppliers and internal stakeholders for order portfolio analysis and criticality management;
Management of root causes for major criticalities related to LoB/Program;
Analysis of RFQs for new initiatives and related exposure to labor/cost impact;
Producing periodic reports and statistics on Supplier performance and end-to-end process performance;
Promoting the improvement and efficiency of logistical processes and CSS&T procedures.
Education: Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Business and Organizational Economics.

How does the selection process work?
