The Project Maintenance sector of the MIT department is looking for a Robotics referent. Their objective is to maintain the installations in their technical domain in a state to produce at all times, across the entire factory, with the support of Robotics technicians. They will ensure the reliability of machines and optimize their operation to achieve performance while respecting the safety of men and women, regulations, the quality of our products, and allocated budgets.
Your missions:
Master the significant activities of Robotics Technician level 1 and 2, and be able to intervene throughout the factory
Support operational maintenance on reliability actions, preventive, corrective, and analysis of intermittent failures and long stoppages, including the drafting of Long Stoppage Analyses
Manage the repair of spare parts and the purchase of new parts with a cost optimization vision, particularly by expertise of faulty equipment and testing of equipment returning from repair.
Develop, maintain, and optimize test benches
Be the privileged interlocutor with suppliers
Prepare, participate in, and lead the training of maintenance professionals on new technologies and new equipment in the field of robotics.
Train and technically support on tasks related to documentation.
Ensure the exhaustiveness of Robotics component Documentation and Nomenclature and its update within its scope.
Perform "Kilometer 0" and establish reference states.
Identify, analyze obsolete equipment, and implement appropriate solutions (spare parts, substitute equipment, …)
Ensure the management of software (licenses, …) and IT equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the department
Lead the Robotics maintenance club for the factory
Participate in the Group Renault Robotics club led by Process Engineering and represent the factory's maintenance aspect (issues, best practices)
Design, optimize, or modify Robotics and Automation programs independently.
Ensure technological watch, through the research of Robotics innovations or accessories (Vision / Sensors / Gripping …), participation in Industrial fairs, Benchmarks
Deploy 4.0 Monitoring of the Robotics fleet
