What will you do as Delivery Manager IT Services? As Delivery Manager IT Services, you ensure that our internal IT services function stably, securely, and future-oriented. You develop the strategy and roadmap for our internal systems and working methods and translate these into concrete improvements for the organization. With your approach, you ensure that our IT environment remains reliable and continues to evolve. Without this role, direction in our IT services would be lacking, making it difficult to guarantee the continued growth and reliability of our organization.

Specifically, you will be working on: You will do this by, among other things:

• Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal systems and working methods, including budget justification and prioritization of improvement initiatives in consultation with internal users.

• Managing services related to internal and external IT systems, including end-user workstations, application and access management, and compliance, ensuring the security and availability of systems.

• Continuously improving policies, procedures, controls, and guidelines in the field of information security and implementing measures that strengthen the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems.

• Guiding the IT Services team of approximately 14 colleagues in managing infrastructure, applications, services, and IT-office, and coaching employees in their development.

• Promoting an ITIL service culture, improving processes within the first and second-line service management team, and managing stakeholder expectations.

In addition, you will play a leading role in maintaining our ISO 27001, DORA, and Cyber Essentials certifications and participate in internal and external audits. You will identify IT risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while collaborating with colleagues and partners throughout the organization to achieve IT service goals that align with business objectives.

What we are looking for For this role, we are looking for an experienced IT professional who knows how to combine strategy, organization, and team development with a pragmatic approach.

• Experience in roles such as IT manager, infrastructure manager, or information security manager, where a department is managed as a whole and priorities are set.

• Advanced experience with Microsoft environments, collaboration tools, end-user workstations, and cloud services such as Office 365 and preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Solid knowledge of IT access management, system management, and process assurance.

• Experience in developing and coaching employees within an IT-driven and changing environment.

• Demonstrable experience in managing technical service environments and delivering IT services within agreed SLAs.
