MDM Solutions Manager

We’re looking for an MDM Solutions Manager to join our global IT team and help drive JTI’s journey toward becoming a truly data-driven organization. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data governance, SAP MDG, and building scalable solutions that ensure high-quality, reliable data across the business. You will play a key role in shaping how data is managed and governed across the organization—working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that support innovation, efficiency, and smarter decision-making.

As an MDM Solutions Manager, in the area of Digital & IT you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data across the business

• Drive the development and execution of MDM roadmaps, ensuring solutions align with business priorities and long-term strategy

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable data solutions

• Establish and maintain data governance standards, policies, and quality frameworks across the organization

• Champion data governance adoption by supporting communication, training, and engagement across teams

• Stay ahead of trends in data management and technology to continuously improve processes and drive innovation

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience working with SAP MDG and 5 years in SAP ERP (Sales & Distribution/Materials Management), ideally in a multinational environment

• Strong understanding of data governance and master data management concepts

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or related tools (e.g., Business Partner model, Fiori, Cloud) is a plus

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you’re confident working with both technical and business teams

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
