JOB DESCRIPTION

Act in the systems team to control the incident backlog, identify opportunities for process improvements, resolve incidents/requests, and effectively manage internal clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Ensure proper functioning of all systems;

• Extract data as needed by business areas, to support departmental decision-making and possible business strategies;

• Administer contracted hours with the supplier, aiming to keep costs within the contracted amount;

• Monitor the backlog of calls from the operations area, as well as ensure SLA for calls;

• Analyze data related to calls and prepare a presentation with the area's results;

• Ensure that integrations between systems are adequate, aiming for data integrity;

• Monitor the entire development process of projects related to Information Systems, with the objective of providing due support after project completion;

• Open and monitor calls with technology partners Systems, in more complex situations;

• Test new functionalities of existing systems, aiming for the proper functioning of the tool;

• Monitor automatic system activities, ensuring that information is correct;

• Research market trends and implement new systems, according to business rules, to optimize processes, propose improvements, and reduce costs.

• Provide technical support ensuring availability and performance of platforms, as well as, when necessary, guide and train users.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed higher education in Administration, Information Technology, or related fields is required;

• Technical knowledge in systems analysis, software documentation, Office Suite, PL-SQL, SAP ERP, and Zanthus POS system is required;

• Experience in the retail sector (Wholesale, Hypermarket, etc.) is required.

• Education: Completed or in progress higher education in Systems Analysis or related fields.

• Information Systems: Familiarity with the retail/wholesale ecosystem. Previous experience {Familiarity with established software in the supermarket market, such as Linx, Totvs (RMS/Protheus), Bluesoft or Mega Sistemas, Zanthus} in ERP and/or POS Systems will be considered a great differential).

• Business Processes: Notions of POS flow (NFC-e issuance, basic tax rules, stock routines, and physical product movement).

• Database (Desirable - Differential): Basic knowledge in SQL logic (ability to perform simple queries such as SELECT, WHERE, and table crossing for data auditing).
